These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite Recovery Solutions website and the credit repair and funding matchmaking services we provide. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to every visitor to our website and every client who engages our services. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our website or services. Your specific engagement will also be governed by a separate written service agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.
2. Description of Services
Elite Recovery Solutions provides:
- Credit repair services, including reviewing your credit reports, disputing inaccurate or unverifiable items with the credit bureaus, and providing credit rebuilding guidance.
- Funding matchmaking, connecting clients with third-party lenders and funding programs. We are not a lender and do not make credit or funding decisions.
- Credit monitoring, alerting clients to changes on their credit reports as part of an active engagement.
- A referral program, described further in Section 8.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide us is accurate and complete.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information about your identity, credit history, and finances.
- Respond to requests for documentation in a timely manner so we can act on your file.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your credit report, contact information, or circumstances relevant to your case.
- Not use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, including submitting false information to a credit bureau or lender.
5. Fees & Payment
Specific fees for credit repair and funding services are set out in your individual service agreement, not on this website. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we do not charge or collect any fee for credit repair services before those services are fully performed.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Credit repair outcomes depend on the accuracy of the information in your credit file and the response of the credit bureaus and creditors. We cannot and do not guarantee that any specific item will be removed, that your credit score will increase by a specific amount, or that you will be approved for any funding program. No company can lawfully guarantee the removal of accurate, verifiable, and timely information from a credit report.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel your service contract with us, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed it. Cancellation requests should be made in writing, consistent with the instructions in your service agreement.
8. Referral Program
Our referral program is described in full on the Referral Program page, including bonus amounts and eligibility. We may modify or end the referral program at any time, and bonuses are issued only for genuine referrals that meet the program's terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Recovery Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including decisions made by third-party lenders or credit bureaus that are outside our control.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
